Last weekend, I went to the Lotus 7 Club's handling day at Dunsfold. Now, I joined the club in order to get access to Blatchat, their web forum and repository of all knowledge on the subject of building Caterham 7s in a private garage. It was well worth it just for that; I've said it before, but seriously, a year's subscription to the club is the best value tool you can buy if you're thinking of building one of these cars.
So, anyway, their (pretty good actually magazine now turns up once a month, and a few months ago it had a flyer in it for a "Handling Day" at Dunsfold. It didn't cost much, and "why not?" was the thought that went through my mind.
